Steel Mezzanine - This newly constructed steel mezzanine will be used to support this modular office and to create additional storage space at this East Coast based Coast Guard facility. The steel mezzanine and this modular office were both manufactured by Porta-King. The mezzanine created a new space for construction of this modular office while maintaining the use of the floor space below.

Structural Mezzanine - This structural mezzanine is being used to create a separate workspace inside this Midwest manufacturing facility. The modular walls seen in this photograph were also supplied by Porta-King. The modular walls are tied into the decking of the structural mezzanine to create a tight seal around the perimeter of this enclosure. In addition to supporting the modular walls, this structural mezzanine also supports the clear span ceiling system and a roof- mounted crane that is used to move heavy material in and out of the enclosure.

Structural Steel Mezzanine - This structural steel mezzanine supplied by PK Structures a Porta-King / Kelly Klosures Enterprise is being used to create additional storage space at this manufacturing facility.

It is cost effective and time efficient to create additional storage space in any new or existing building with a Porta King Prefabricated Mezzanine. Mezzanines create additional floor space by going up not out, saving you the considerable cost of new construction. The prefabricated design also saves time since all components arrive prefabricated and ready for immediate installation.

Porta-King’s PK Structures prefabricated mezzanines are constructed utilizing all structural steel components and are designed in strict compliance with the IBC, (International Building Code). Unlike many of Porta King's competitors, they’ll supply you with a truly prefabricated mezzanine system. All of the connecting hardware is pre-welded onto the structural components prior to shipping. A lot of their competitor’s call their mezzanines prefabricated, but that just means the various components used to construct their mezzanine are fabricated prior to shipping. Unlike a PK Structures mezzanine, this doesn’t always mean these components arrive welded to the structural components and ready to be bolted together.
